Tom Blomqvist will return to the European Le Mans Series in 2026, joining Inter Europol Competition’s #34 LMP2 entry for the upcoming season.
The two-time Rolex 24 at Daytona winner and 2022 IMSA Champion will line up alongside Bijoy Garg in the Oreca 07, as the team builds on a standout 2025 campaign that delivered victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and second place in the ELMS championship.
Blomqvist adds a second year of ELMS to a resume that includes extensive experience across IMSA, WEC, and international endurance racing, where he has consistently demonstrated front-running pace and championship-winning capability in prototype machinery.
“I am looking forward to joining Inter Europol Competition for the 2026 ELMS season,” said Blomqvist. “The team had a successful year in 2025 and have proven time and time again that they have one of the most competitive packages in the field. I’m excited to team up with Bijoy, and our aim is to be fighting for wins and podiums throughout the season.”
The 2026 European Le Mans Series will begin with the official Prologue at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on 6–7 April, followed by the opening round, the 4 Hours of Barcelona, on 12 April.
